When you are accused of a crime, there is no shortage of people who will assume the worst. Television and movies have taught us that innocent people do not get charged with a crime.

But that's simply not the case.

The reality is that the government rarely knows the full story. The government's case is nothing more than one side of the story.

If you are charged with a crime, you need someone that will help you tell your side of the story. If you did not do what the government says you did, I can take your case to trial and make them prove your guilt (if they can!) beyond a reasonable doubt.
